Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 November 2026
1. About this website
This website is operated by Queens Meta Pty Ltd under the MR.E Advisory brand. In these Terms, “MR.E Advisory”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Queens Meta Pty Ltd.
These Terms explain the conditions for using our website and its publicly available content. Please also read our Website Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains our information-handling practices. Using this website does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing or to every use of personal information described in that policy.
2. Website information and enquiries
Our website introduces our property advisory services, approach and areas of focus. Its public content is general information and is not a substitute for advice prepared for your particular circumstances.
Submitting a form, requesting information, attending an introductory discussion or receiving general material does not, by itself, appoint us to act for you, authorise us to negotiate or transact on your behalf, or create an obligation to pay a service fee.
An enquiry does not reserve a property, secure a tenancy or establish exclusivity.
3. Formal engagements
Before undertaking an engagement, we will agree the relevant scope, responsibilities and commercial terms with you in writing, including any agency agreement required by law.
The engagement documentation will address matters such as the services to be provided, fees and expenses, payment arrangements, authority to act, duration, termination and applicable disclosures.
For matters covered by a signed engagement agreement, that agreement takes precedence over inconsistent general website wording, subject always to applicable law. These Terms do not reduce duties we owe under an engagement or under law.
Any fees mentioned on the website are not charged merely because you browse the website or make an enquiry. The amount payable and the circumstances in which it becomes payable must be established through the applicable engagement arrangements.
4. Appropriate use
You may use this website to learn about our services and make genuine enquiries.
You must not use it to engage in unlawful conduct, impersonate another person, submit information you know to be materially false, introduce malicious software, interfere with security or operation, gain unauthorised access, or collect other people’s personal information without lawful authority.
You must not reproduce or present our material in a way that falsely suggests our involvement, endorsement or approval.
Where you provide information about another person, you should have appropriate authority or another lawful basis to do so.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in our branding, logos, original writing, visual materials, layouts and other website content are owned by, or licensed to, us or the relevant rights holders.
You may view and retain reasonable copies of publicly available material for personal use or internal consideration of our services. You may share links and provide reasonable extracts to your professional advisers, provided attribution is retained and the content is not misleadingly altered.
Commercial republication, resale or use of our branding requires prior written permission, unless otherwise permitted by law. Third-party material remains subject to the rights and licence conditions of its owners.
Nothing in these Terms restricts uses permitted by applicable copyright law.
6. Third-party websites and services
Our website may link to external websites or refer to independent service providers. These references are provided for context or convenience and do not, by themselves, constitute a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee.
External websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Any introduction made as part of a client engagement is also subject to that engagement and any disclosure obligations that apply.
7. Website operation and changes
We take reasonable care in maintaining this website, but access may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update, correct or remove website content. This does not permit us to withdraw an existing contractual commitment or avoid a duty imposed by law.
Please tell us if you identify information that appears materially inaccurate or out of date.
8. Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these Terms or our Website Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, statutory right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
The limitations of publicly available website information do not excuse misleading conduct or displace our obligations when providing services.
Our responsibility for a particular loss or claim will be determined under applicable law and, where relevant, the engagement agreement. These Terms do not impose a blanket waiver of your rights.
9. Updates and governing law
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable requirements. The updated version will be published here with a revised date and will apply prospectively.
An update to this page does not automatically amend an existing engagement agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere or use an available tribunal or complaints process.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be ineffective only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
